Prior to her career in real estate, Theresa worked in human resources and benefits for well-known Vermont companies, Ben & Jerry’s and Seventh Generation. Her experience recruiting and retaining employees has been beneficial, particularly in working with clients who are moving to the area for a new career. Theresa understands, firsthand, the process and considerations a job candidate goes through. That experience has helped prepare her to advocate for her real estate clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding for a transition someone goes through when deciding to make a move.
Professional development and continuing education have always been important to Theresa. As a REALTOR, she successfully achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist certifications, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation enabling her to better assist buyers and sellers. She is also a volunteer on the Education Committee for Northwest Vermont Board of REALTORS.
